Joey Cheng was extremely professional & extremely competent. The Financial person made a hard sell for additional warranties and I didn't appreciate that. We didn't just get the best deal (i spoke to a few other dealerships and brokers- they said the kind of deal we were getting couldn't be possible) but there were no add ons once we got to the dealership. we got exactly the deal we were promised on the phone.
