Joey Cheng our incredible sales consultant, who is Toyota Master Certified, went above and then some with his exceptional customer service, follow up with questions, technical knowledge of the cars, and just an all around nice guy. He is very professional with a comfortable personality and very low key in his salesmanship - so no pressure at all from him. He found the exact car we wanted and had it brought to his dealership. Went over all the features, which were a lot, but he explains it all with such ease. The car was detailed and immaculate when we went out to look at it. I have owned over 7 Toyotas in my life and this by far has been the best experience and my favorite car. This is our second car from R&H Toyota. The first was 25 yrs ago and that was a great experience too. I can't say enough positive comments about Joey. I'm just thankful he was our sales guy when we walked into the dealership because we will be repeat customers for Joey as long as he is there !!!!! I know managers tend to get a bad rap but I have to say - Daniel Matysek - the Manager Joey brought over to say high to us was great. Again low key, nice to talk with, no pressure at all. The conversation was nice and pleasant and he shook our hands and said let me know if you have any questions or I can be of any assistance. Traditionally we all know the manager won't let you leave until you sign a deal or leave frustrated but not Daniel. Great guy !!!!! The finance guy - Steve Poisal - again, no pressure when we went to sign the papers. He explained all the options, what his thoughts were, we declined and we signed the papers and off we went with a beautiful new car, with a very great buying experience and happy to recommend JOEY CHENG at R&H to anyone and everyone !!!!! More

Mike H the Sales Manager and Joey Cheng save the day! Our experience started out rocky. Went to test drive 2014 Avalon and original sales associate left us sitting 15 - 20 minutes while he went to "pull Our experience started out rocky. Went to test drive 2014 Avalon and original sales associate left us sitting 15 - 20 minutes while he went to "pull the car around". Not sure what he was doing but we ended up leaving. Called back in the late afternoon and spoke with Mike H who got the car ready for us and handed us off to Joey Cheng! What a difference. Joey was knowledgeable and helpful. The car was a bit dirty so we asked to see if after it was cleaned up. The next day Joey called to let us know it was ready. When we arrived we found it beautifully detailed! Negotiations were relatively smooth, and we came to an agreement quickly. They gassed the car up, but on permanent plates and we were on our way. One negative is they try to sell you extra warranties after you think you are all done. That was a mild irritant but overall the experience turned out great. Definitely ask for Joey if you go. No high pressure tactics. He's been there 12 years and is professional and helpful! Also the GM (Kevin I believe) and Sales Manager (Mike H) were great to work with as well. And we absolutely LOVE our new beautiful Avalon! More

For the first time, I was persuaded to buy a specific model by Chris Whitney. His enthusiasm is infectious and he really loves his job. He has superb knowledge of the product he sells. Because of him, I ended up getting a Prius Plug in (though not at R & H) in addition to my daughter's buying a Prius 4. Her car was used and R & H had a fair deal for it. My introduction to this dealership was with Joey Cheng. Even though I arrived almost near closing time one night, he made me feel welcome and is also an excellent representative for this dealership. If you are looking to buy a Toyota in the Baltimore area, start with R & H. More

Though car buying can be a nightmare experience, my recent purchace of an Avalon at R&H was low stress and pleasant. My salesman, Joey Cheng, was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the car and didn't put on any pressure (which would have caused me to leave). He was very professional and pleasant. It was actually a very positive experience and I felt that I was getting a fair price. I will definitely return for my next car. What brought me to the dealership was that they were the only dealership in the area to stock the two colors I was interested in! More

My husband & I have to say this was the best car purchase experience we've ever had. All 3 of the employees listed above were so friendly & knowledgeable. Our previous van was purchased at ano purchase experience we've ever had. All 3 of the employees listed above were so friendly & knowledgeable. Our previous van was purchased at another Toyota dealership. We went there first, but was very unhappy with what they had to offer. Not only did they not want to negotiate, but the salesman didn't give us his undivided attention. We thought having bought our previous van there that we would be treated better. The offer on our existing van for a trade in was insulting. Evidently, that dealership didn't want our business. Mr. Cheng was so helpful & made us feel comfortable. We had his full attention & he was willing to negotiate for a price that we felt comfortable with. The 2 ladies that worked with us on extended care & warrantees were so friendly. None of the folks we talked to were aggressive or unpleasant in any way. If we gave your dealership a grade - it would be an A+. More
