They made sure all details of the purchase were clear and understood through the entire process. It was nice finding this dealership after searching for a vehicle for a while as the other dealership we went to in the area never wanted to work with us and kept offering low ball offers on our trades where as Kelly started off with far offers and worked with me to get where we needed to be ensure we could get in our new vehicle. The only thing I was dreading about purchasing my Cadillac was going to the dealership. This is where Geoff Kelly is different. We arrived at the showroom and were greeted by Joey our sales person and Geoff. Yes that’s correct, greeted by the owner of the dealership. (Competition take a note on this one). From start to finish they treated us like family and made this the easiest purchase of my life. Zero B.S. here folks. Joey showed us every single feature on the car twice! Glenn, the Finance manager, even made the most dreaded part an easy experience. He was amazing! No hidden charges, he explained every single line item in every contract. I’ve purchased a lot of cars and this has never happened!
