Just purchased our first Cadillac from Kelly Cadillac. We had an amazing experience purchasing our Cadillac. From the moment we walked in to look at the car we were greeted with smiles. Joey, our sales consultant was amazing he loves what he does and it shows. Glenn Davis the Business Manager was very thorough going through the purchase paperwork. This is our second time working with Kelly Cadillac we had previously purchased a Chevy Silverado and we were treated with the same respect and service. I was familiar with Kelly Cadillac as a premier dealership with many awards and customer benefits. Last summer I noticed two new Escalades in Satin Steel on the lot, and stopped to take a look. I dealership with many awards and customer benefits. Last summer I noticed two new Escalades in Satin Steel on the lot, and stopped to take a look. I met Sales Consultant Joey Fellenbaum and we took a ride. I told Joey my wife was not likely to part with her Yukon Denali. Joey kept in touch with me. When he called last week with further price deductions, I told him I was interested, but had little time to spend on the buying process. I wanted to trade two vehicles. In addition to my wife’s Denali, I decided to trade my seldom used 2019 Mustang with just 2,042 miles. Within a day we had a deal. I did not negotiate the offer because of the swift process, the affordable financing, and my eagerness to become a Kelly customer. The closing was a pleasure. Dealer Principle Geoff Kelly was standing in the middle of the showroom to welcome us. Business Manager Glenn Davis was friendly and proficient. During that process, Owner / Operator Kelley Kelly stopped in to welcome us as did Service Director Lynn Yoder. More

I recently purchased a preowned SRX from Kelly and can not express enough how well I was treated throughout the whole process. Thanks for great service I had to take our Cadillac into Kelly for a recall issue. Everyone there was very pleasant and helpful. While I was there, I decided to look at “new” car options. Joey Fellenbaum helped me locate a car that fit our needs. I brought my wife back to look at the car and test drive it. Joey was very helpful, explained everything in detail with no pressure to purchase. We ended up purchasing the BMW SUV. After renting a CTS for a driving trip and falling in love with it, I browsed used CTS listings for months, and nearly bought one elsewher Cadillac! After renting a CTS for a driving trip and falling in love with it, I browsed used CTS listings for months, and nearly bought one elsewhere. When I went to Kelly Cadillac and met Joey Fellenbaum, I knew I would buy from Kelly Cadillac. Joey answered all of my questions, enjoyed a few test drives with me, and allowed me to zig-zag my way to other models and then back to my CTS decision. He got me everything I wanted on the CPO 2016 CTS and a great price. I went back with a few maintenance issues, and Doug Givler took care of everything quickly and efficiently. Everyone was professional and courteous throughout the process. After many years of being practical and frugal, I'm loving the Cadillac driving experience. Driving is fun again!! More

Great Experience it was time to replace our 2013 Cadillac XTS. We seated he internet looking for a 2019 Cadillac XTS and Kelly Cadillac had two on the lot that fit our it was time to replace our 2013 Cadillac XTS. We seated he internet looking for a 2019 Cadillac XTS and Kelly Cadillac had two on the lot that fit our requirements for color and options. We stopped by Kelly Cadillac and found the people to be extremely friendly, knowledgable, and ready to answer our questions. Within an hour, we signed the papers for a new Cadillac and were surprised at all the offers for discounts including the Costco Member discount which we were not aware of. Everyone at the dealership was great and we would recommend Kelly Cadillac to our friends. Thanks to everyone for a wonderful experience. More
