Joey at Capo VW got it done for me. They had the car I wanted, they were close enough on price and Joey had me in and out of there in less than 45 minutes, as I have zero patience and I'm not so fond of t wanted, they were close enough on price and Joey had me in and out of there in less than 45 minutes, as I have zero patience and I'm not so fond of the typical car dealer experience. I think I left some room on the table as far as the $ goes, but time IS money and Joey worked well with my high level of impatience to get me out of there ASAP. Steve Smith did a great job on his end in the Sales Manager's office and the F&I was easy enough as well. This is a smaller VW-only dealer in the traditional Southern California style, and sometimes you want to support a business that seems like they have enthusiasts working there. I haven't taken it in for service, but as long as they provide a loaner car, I'll give them a chance over my much closer VW dealer. I would recommend Joey and all the other staff members I encountered, and I would certainly look to buy a car from them in the future. This was one of my least amount of car dealer BS purchases that I can recall, and I buy a lot of cars. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to people that are looking to purchase a VW in Southern California. More

Your salesman Steven was amazing . He worked hard to help me get a great car for my daughter .. This was the first grandchild of our family that wasn’t able to have her grandpa be at the dealership with her me get a great car for my daughter ..
