I appreciate your promptness in check in, your courtesy and quick oil change and tire rotation. But you end the experience with a "free car wash" that leaves your car totally dripping with water all over and quick oil change and tire rotation. All the bug juice was left on the front windshield. I don't know if the blower was broken but not a good way to send you off. More
