Joey Stickman has been my service advisor since my purchase of my F350 in 2015. Always efficient and convenient service, more so now with the pick up and delivery service! The dealership communicated purchase of my F350 in 2015. Always efficient and convenient service, more so now with the pick up and delivery service! The dealership communicated when the were arriving to pick the truck up, gave regular status reports, let me know when they were dropping it off, and confirmed the drop off. Service that exceeds my expectations! More

I purchased an F150 from this dealership and they were terrific. Very helpful in making sure I selected the correct vehicle for me. The finance department made everything a breeze and Anthony was outstan terrific. Very helpful in making sure I selected the correct vehicle for me. The finance department made everything a breeze and Anthony was outstanding in guiding me through the paperwork. Have returned many times for the routine maintenance and their service department was very competent, now that I’m out of state really miss how great those guys were in doing things the right way, including leaving my truck nice and clean. More

Worst Service Experience Ever. Prepare to be ripped off. This dealership takes the FORD name and kicks it to the dirt. I had an electrical issue with my F150. The dealership was to replace 4 connectors on This dealership takes the FORD name and kicks it to the dirt. I had an electrical issue with my F150. The dealership was to replace 4 connectors on the wire harness. They replaced 3 connectors around and left the forth hanging from the fuse box. They used a couple rolls of electrical tape to wrap the wires which made it look like a 6th grader was hired by the dealer to complete the work. To top it off they charged me for 4 connectors while they only replaced 3. I pointed this out to Joey. He agreed the service provided was poor craftsmanship and incorrect. He asked for me to drop my truck off again to correct the repair, remove the electrical tape, heat shrink the wires, and install the forth connector. I dropped my truck off again for 10 days. The electrical tape was removed but the 4th connector was not replaced. They said they broke the 4th connector during installation and had to order another one. A week later Joey said the wrong part arrived and that they would need to reorder it again. I asked Joey to refund me for the forth pigtail that they never installed to my credit card. He said he would. After 2 weeks I never received the refund. After 60 days I never received a refund. The refund never happened and they still don't have the correct part to properly fix my truck properly. What a joke dealing with this dealership. If you want to have your F150 hacked up at a dealership then Koons Sterling Ford is for you. This is the worst representation FORD could have. After months of trying to get my truck fixed I have relized that this Koons Sterling Ford's ethical standards are well below an acceptable level. They have lost my business. My business will go to a dealer that cares about the trucks they work on and the customers that buy their vehicles from them. More

I had bought my Ford Fusion Hybrid from your dealership in May 201 This is to complain about a recent interaction I had with your service department. I had bought my Ford Fusion Hybrid from your dealership in May 2017. On around the week of Jan 22, I noticed that the rear bumper is off hinges a bit. Did not look like anyone hit the car from behind. I took it to the dealership on Saturday 23rd. Two people looked at the car. No one objected to the fact that it is some sort of defect and will be fixed under bumper-to-bumper warranty. Since it was already late, the agent helping me booked an appointment for Tuesday Feb 6. When I went there to drop off the car and get the loaner, another mechanic who was loitering around started saying the damage is because of someone hitting the car. A manager came and did not even bother to understand the whole story. First of all his treatment of the customer was very poor and second he just pronounced on the spot that it has to go through insurance etc. I have no objection to that but there are two things (1) initial diagnosis was not accident - therefore the dealership should have honored what they said the first time around; (2) even if it was some accident related, the manager should have tried to understand the whole situation and acted a bit more professionally. The whole experience has been very bad. This dealership has lived up to the common belief that after the car is sold "dealership does not care". More
