The customers like me because I am helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. If customers don’t understand how to use the functions on their car I always ask them to come back and see me so that I can re-deliver the car for them. I call all my customers on their birthday and also after they buy a car I call and thank them. They also like that I greet them immediately at the door and am not pushy.

Joann is very friendly, understanding and very courteous person. He is also very professional and knowledgeable person which helped us in making decision about buying from Honda. Our sales consultant, Johann David, was incredible. As perspective buyers of a new vehicle, not once did we feel rushed or pressured. Johann even met us at the dealership on a scheduled day off to assist us in our purchase. First Honda should be extremely proud to have a representative of their dealership like Johann. We had the opportunity to meet the sales manager, Dean Quashen. He went out of his way to finalize our purchase from 1ST HONDA. I would certainly recommend First Honda to everyone! More
