The Elder Ford service Team members are great people. JOHANY tried hard to have our 2019 Mustang GT’s necessary repair covered by Ford factory warranty. Cesar Castillo it’s a salesman that has been SO helpful to me when needed, I got a flat tire and I was in Clearwater in the middle of my desperation I called him, even on his day off he answered my phone c to me when needed, I got a flat tire and I was in Clearwater in the middle of my desperation I called him, even on his day off he answered my phone call and did a conference call with Johany Trespalacios and they guided me through the app so I can schedule a tow truck make sure I go to the closest dealership so I don’t get charged.
