They were INSTANTLY aware of the situation and informed that it is covered by the manufacturer up until 100,000. They provided her a loaner vehicle and had her on her initial way within 15 minutes. Upon returning, only a few days later after repair was completed, it too only took about 10 minutes to come in, return loaner, have her vehicle washed and returned to her. This particular time I went there to have the Auto Butler service performed on my 2015 F150 Lariat. When i was checking in, Johanny informed me of the recall parts were in and recommended I have it fixed too. I concurred and he told me the wait time would be a few hours. He then informed me that they use Uber now instead of the shuttle service. I decided to take advantage of the service and I was impressed of the promptness. I was picked up within five minutes of both pickup and return. It was an excellent day for me. More

Horrible service and communication I dropped off my truck and went over 24 hours without any communication from the staff. I called and texted and was still not responded to. Then when I picked up my truck it took over 40 mins to wash. The valet left all the trash from service in my truck and didn't even vacuum it out. Auto Butler Detail I brought my car in for my bi-yearly Auto Butler detail as a part of my warranty. According to the Auto Butler description, the service provided incl I brought my car in for my bi-yearly Auto Butler detail as a part of my warranty. According to the Auto Butler description, the service provided includes exterior wash, the special wax applicstion, and a full detail of the interior. The first two parts were done very well. However, the staff did NOT do anything to my interior whatsoever. Not even a vacuum. Not happy about this whatsoever for the amount of money I paid for the Auto Butler to be a part of my warranty. I was not able to speak with the Service Rep, Johnny, because I was in a rush and had to leave. I will not be bringing my car back to this dealership. More
