I was first time car buyer and Joe walked me through the whole process. He made sure I understood the cost and paper I was signing. The process was fast and easy. The only downside, was that my car only came with a spare key, but Joe came to rescue and is helping me get my original key. .................................. Update: ANNOYED. Joe did not follow through with the key, he claimed it was ordered and that he would let me know when it was delivered but he never did. He also offered a $100 gas card, for being late when I first got my car and I never got it. He also offered me a $25 gift card if I gave him good reviews despite the fact he rushed me through my car buying process because his mom was in town. I felt like I was always trying to work around Joe’s schedule instead of him working with mine. BUT! I did meet a nice salesman named Jason. He was there to answer all of my questions and concerns. I was looking for my license plates to be delivered to my house like Joe said they would be but they were taking a while; come to find out they were at the dealership. Jason went out of his way to get my tags and put them on my car. I came into the dealership annoyed and disappointed but Jason put a smile on my face More

* * UPDATE from July 6, 2017 purchase * * Purchased 2013 Honda Accord Sport July 6, 2017. Engine blew in the car exactly 20 days later. I purchased extended warranty which the agreement stat Purchased 2013 Honda Accord Sport July 6, 2017. Engine blew in the car exactly 20 days later. I purchased extended warranty which the agreement states YOU CAN'T file a claim within 30 days or 1000 miles driven which should have covered repairs because I had driven over 1000 miles back to Florida. WRONG!!! Per the warranty company "Smart AutoCare" they WILL NOT accept claims until you reach 30 days and 1000 miles. Its been 40 days since i bought my car and i still don't have my Florida tags which were just supposed to be transferred from the vehicle i traded in. David M. who works in "Titles and Tags" department has avoided my calls for weeks about the status of my registration and wouldn't even come to the shop when his own associates notified him i was there waiting when i came back in August after my 30 day tags expired because Alpha Motorsports DOESN'T PICKUP THE PHONE AND SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS. But when you finally get ahold of David M he will tell you "My phone is broke or the switchboard is down" and give you his cell number that he NEVER ANSWERS! The shop operator Khalid Azimi (azimi1@live.com) wouldn't even call me after I informed him of the engine failure. He would only email and ask questions about the car when I gave him the direct point of contact and number to where the car was so I didn't have to play middle man in trying to get my car fixed. Alpha Motorsports Management not the salespersons (they are great) ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST. 20 days since my engine failure...ZERO CALLS! You the CUSTOMER are greatest thing since sliced bread if you want to purchase from Alpha Motorsports but GOD FORBID you have a problem because they treat you like you have the plague. I stand by my previous post that my sales person Joe Biles was amazing but he has no help beyond him. Though I wish he could he cannot do it all. ALPHA MOTORSPORTS MANAGMENT IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! More

Very happy with Alpha Motorsports Experience! I drove an hour and a half south from Middleburg to Fredericksburg, VA, to purchase my 2014 Mercedes GLK 250 diesel. I researched on the internet for I drove an hour and a half south from Middleburg to Fredericksburg, VA, to purchase my 2014 Mercedes GLK 250 diesel. I researched on the internet for several months before deciding on the "right" car for my needs, after VW offered a "buy back" on my 2011 Audi A3 diesel because of the emissions scandal. I knew I wanted another diesel, despite that experience. I drive 30 k/ year in my work. I trusted the power and fuel efficiency of an honest "clean" diesel, not to mention the longevity of a diesel engine. I found it at Alpha Motorsports. They had by far THE best price available anywhere in the country for my gorgous, fuel efficient white Mercedes SUV. My salesperson, Joe Biles, was wonderful to work with. Always very high energy, positive, responsive via phone and internet, and able to make things happen. He actually made the experience FUN! I had never purchased a "pre-owned" car, or one from a "non brand specific" dealership. I requested the car be checked out by the local Mercedes dealership before purchase. Joe actually took the car over for me and brought it back. He gladly fixed the small findings from Mercedes. The price and condition of the car was too good to pass up. Follow up has been pleasant, respectful and professional. Joe helped me with after market purchases. He has been very responsive in taking care of all of my requests before, during and even weeks after purchase. It was an amazing buying experience. No pressure, just honest service. As a woman in a typically "man's world" of car talk, I almost expected to be patronized or not taken seriously, as I've experienced in dealerships In year's past. There was none of that. He answered all of my many, many questions. Any he didn't know, he looked up and provided. He put my tags on as a courtesy and printed out a missing manual for me. Sometimes service is about being willing to do the little things pleasantly and according to client needs. Joe made car buying very easy and pressure free. Thank you, Joe Biles, as well as the mechanic who helped me in the back garage, and Alpha Motorsports! I'm very impressed! I would recommend Alpha Motorsports to anyone, and especially my female friends who are in the market. I will be back for our next car purchase.
