Not good at all worst car buying choice I ever made, I was told that $3000 dollars was a good enough down payment, once I called my sales person John and told him I could come up $2500 he said that shou was told that $3000 dollars was a good enough down payment, once I called my sales person John and told him I could come up $2500 he said that should be fine once I got to the dealership and got into see the finance person he said the bank asked for an additional $1000 I said no because I knew I couldn't come up with that right away so he said that he could push the payment out for a month but it would cost me additional $500 so the down payment went from $3000 to $4000 to $5000. 2 weeks after buying the car the brake light came on saying I needed new brakes, I then reached out to my sale rep John whom in return said I needed to speak to the General Manager but thru email no verbal communication. after about a week he replied to my email, I informed me of the situation with my brakes and he said if I had already had the breaks repaired send him the invoice and a picture of the brakes and would take care of it or return the car to him I was unable to return the car to him to have it done at the time allocated so I was stuck with getting it done myself to pass Inspection so once I sent him the invoice and pictures of the brakes which I paid $730.00 he said he was only going to give me $100.00 so I was stuck with a $630.00 bill so I emailed him back ask him if he could push my first payment $1250 that owed the dealership for my down payment because I to use $730.00 to get brakes fixed he said no because what I owed the dealership had nothing to do with me getting the brakes fixed. So when it was time for me to make my first payment with bank I was not able to and it 5 days late the bank contacted me to ask why my payment was late I informed them as to what happened and they where not happy about the way the dealership did me so they complained to them, so I continued to make my payments until I a got a call from the dealership asking me to bring them back there car because the bank voided the deal and they where forced to buy back the car and they paid it off and it's theirs. and I would lose my down payment I would be charged a processing fee a restocking fee and miles I used on the car plus. I contacted the bank and they said they didn't do that . All I asked this dealership to do was to reimburse me for the money I spent getting brakes repaired for car they sold me that I was told passed VA inspection I do not think Virginia would have pass car knowing the brakes where that low and needed to replaced. So now I am stuck without a car a down payment and stress to buy a new car with no money down and to add insult the dealership said they would work a new deal with me for more money down!! You be the judge because that's what I need right about now More

This car lot is terrible they gave me a car that needed rotors breaks oil change and then said it was normal wear and tear normal wear and tear for who. I hadn’t even made the first car payment. What they have to remember is you get referrals from word of mouth and y’all are fraud. No gas I’m the car, car hadn’t bee. Detailed. Dents that wasn’t displayed. Too much to name that will not change the experience. More

Jason was great! there was no pushing into getting into something I didn't want, and he was helpful and patient (I had a lot of questions). Financing was nice and ea there was no pushing into getting into something I didn't want, and he was helpful and patient (I had a lot of questions). Financing was nice and easy and better than my credit union and PenFed. I was able to purchase a great car, and Jason was able to provide me all the information I needed it from the carfax and from the prior owner. I'm definitely coming back for my GT4! More
