They do not service vehicles in the order of when you arrive on Saturday for oil changes. Was second car in line for an "express oil change" at 6:45 a.m. They completed the oil changed and discovered my vehicle's wiper blades might need replaced, so they looked up the parts and the system lo 6:45 a.m. They completed the oil changed and discovered my vehicle's wiper blades might need replaced, so they looked up the parts and the system locked up, they said. I asked about where my car was two-and-a-half hours later. They finally found the problem and released it three hours later. I talked to the manager who said it's just how they do things. I think they need to rethink how they handle looking up prices. They should go out and talk to the customer before they ever "look up prices." Three hours to get a simple "free" oil change. Unbelievable! More
