Fantastic experience!!! My wife and I were looking for a VW Beetle convertible for a nice commuter car for her. We located one online at Bayside VW and gave them a call. From the initial conversation with Sally on the phone, to meeting with Leo and John once we arrived, to the financing with David at the end, each of these people were nicer than the next. Professional, courteous and really knew their stuff. Not just the usual professional words you expect people to say, but really genuine people who wanted us to have a nice experience looking at this vehicle. We were there in the middle of the day and my wife made one little comment about being hungry. The next thing I know John and Leo are insisting we join them upstairs in the sales staff's break room for a slice of pizza with their team. Who does that? I have not been to a dealer where I have found nicer people - period! We purchased the Beetle for my wife and if I EVER purchase another VW, I honestly won't go anywhere else and I drove an hour to get there from CT! More

Such a pleasant experience My daughter and I went to VW to lease her first car. We met John Albanese. and he was amazing. He answered all our questions and was so patient and My daughter and I went to VW to lease her first car. We met John Albanese. and he was amazing. He answered all our questions and was so patient and not the least bit pushy. He explained each and every aspect of not only the car but also about exactly how the leasing program works. As it was our first experience doing this, neither my daughter or I knew what to ask or what to expect. However, once we met John we were so at ease and totally felt comfortable. We then met Leo Ohayon who just talked to the both of us and made us even more at ease. The end of the story is that my daughter is now driving a VW Sport and couldn't be happier. I would absolutely, positively recommend Bayside VW to anyone who is interested in leasing or buying a car. I just can't say enough about how pleasant an experience it was. More
