I was warned not to purchase a car from Envision, but I needed a car and I wanted a Ford and you were only game on town. My previous dealer in North Hollywood, Sunrise has a dedicated oil change lane and I was out in a hour. Also, for major service they provided a ride from and back to dealer. Envision only allows you one way…duh…so in future I will need to uber back to pick up car. And also, the sales experience was also strange. Good until it came to the middle man manager experience. Just a big snow job. I am an 79 yo widow buying alone for first time. I was stuck because my car a cmax which I loved was dying. So I was desperate and thus fell for snow job and did everything wrong. They told me no to a2025 ( April last year) so I had only a 2024 , the uncomfortable seat they lied, was made so that it will break in easily, no they said Ford does not provide a print manual, and more baloney and baloney.
I have driven Ford for over 30 years and this is the first time I have regretted my purchase. I wish I had just gone to Car Max if I was going to end up with a 2024, not a 2025. This experience made me feel old and foolish.
So needless to say I tell everyone not to go to Envision. Instead drive the extra 25m to the next Ford dealer.

While we’re glad to hear your service advisor treated you well and that the work itself was done properly, a 3.5-hour wait for a routine oil change is not acceptable, and you’re absolutely right to expect better. Your comparison to your previous dealership highlights gaps we clearly need to address, including efficiency and transportation options. One-way transportation is understandably inconvenient, and your feedback on that point is well taken.
We’re especially concerned by your comments about the sales experience. Feeling pressured, misinformed, or “snowed” through the process is not how any customer—particularly someone buying on their own—should ever feel. We regret deeply that this experience left you feeling taken advantage of or foolish. That is not who we want to be, and we’re very sorry that we failed you in that moment.
Your loyalty to Ford over the last 30 years matters, and it’s disappointing to hear that this purchase left you with regret rather than confidence. Your feedback will be shared with our leadership team, as it points to areas where trust, transparency, and empathy must improve—without exception.

Armando the sales manager who I worked with and Sam the salesman told me after running a Carfax report that the Yukon was rear ended twice, which is xx and I was offered $14,000 for it. They said that with me being the 3rd owner that they couldn’t sell the vehicle on their lot. Well guess what? They have it on there lot and they are selling it for $24,000. I was lied to and after reading other reviews, which I should have done before hand. I would have never ever bought a car from this dealership or any other dealerships that they own. I was SUCKERD! 1/3/2026.
