Had problem when I was told I could use my credit card by salesman and Financial Mgr, when I went to sign lease I was told I Could Not use credit card and found out after hours of salesman and another agent salesman and Financial Mgr, when I went to sign lease I was told I Could Not use credit card and found out after hours of salesman and another agent tried to figure out if I was able to use credit card I called Capital one and found out that I Could Not user card Obviously I was obviously ticked off to find out I was lied to and was not going through with the lease! My salesman told meme he was sure he could get the situation straightened out and that the manager would be in the following day and to come back and he would solve the problem He did and Compensated me for the for my time and problem to my satisfaction - problem solved..
