Professional, Fun and Accommodating Called Dave Smith because my son wanted to buy his 1st new car. Dave and Lou Ziegler hooked him up with a new 2019 Sonota for the same payment we almo Called Dave Smith because my son wanted to buy his 1st new car. Dave and Lou Ziegler hooked him up with a new 2019 Sonota for the same payment we almost bought a used 2016 somewhere he almost bought in Cambridge Md where he lives. My son drove 3hrs each way to pick up his new car. Lou was so professional and the paperwork was a breeze. We even got to meet "the Car Zar " Mr Ashdale personally came out and thanked my son. Thank You to Dave Smit John Ashdale, Lou Ziegler and everybody at Colonial Hyundai for a great experience. More

Awesome Sales Team. Lou's my salesman but he was busy so Katie who's on his Team was totally awesome. She stepped right in for Lou. She was really thorough, h Sales Team. Lou was there till the end. Even Finance was super nice & able to get us in the office & explain things quickly sign & out the door. I"ve been going there for years. More

Wouldn't recommend to a friend Waited for 3 hours to buy a car I've already had for 3 years. Then get tricked into buying a warranty for 2 grand. Guy said "I can get you a ten year Waited for 3 hours to buy a car I've already had for 3 years. Then get tricked into buying a warranty for 2 grand. Guy said "I can get you a ten year warranty for under 300 a month". I asked "what are my options?". He said "what do you mean?" Like that was my only option. Anyways, I'm paying over 300 dollars a month. More

Waiting time First of all let me say....I live 40 minutes away from Colonial Hyundai in another county. I brought car in for inspection. Waited 40 minutes BEFORE First of all let me say....I live 40 minutes away from Colonial Hyundai in another county. I brought car in for inspection. Waited 40 minutes BEFORE car even brought in. Second time this has happened. Last time went in for oil change and waited 45 minutes BEFORE car brought in. In both instances paperwork was still on the desk of service agent, J.P. Jones. This guy does not belong in the customer service arena. I've been going to Colonial Hyundai since 2007 (purchased/traded-in 4 vehicles from this dealer) and have never had this issue. I always dealt with Jim or Donna and received fantastic service. The manager of the department has also changed and that change, in my opinion, was not a good one. I deserve to get superior service from this dealer considering my buying history. They have profited a great deal from me. I will most likely be going to a local service statiion for my future maintenance needs. More

Repeat customer This is the third Hyundai I have purchased from this dealership. Everyone was straight forward with no surprises.
