We got our 2011 Ford Flex about a month ago and we LOVE it! We worked with Rick during the entire process and he was incredibly kind and helpful! There were a slight squeak and low hum you could hear when we first test drove the car, so they replaced multiple parts (some needed, some not needed) in order to make sure the squeak and hum were gone and we felt great about driving it off the lot. The owner also placed a 12-month warranty on all of the parts they replaced! We greatly appreciated this care and thoroughness because this is the vehicle that my wife and one year old daughter will mainly be in! More
