Hi, LongDaniel by the sounds of your review you didn't even inspect the car you were buying. How could you not tell of all the damage your saying was there before you left. With a warped rotor and no brake pads, you wouldn't have been able to leave the lot, to begin with. Could there have been some things that need to be fixed perhaps? Now we will never know the true extent of anything that would have been wrong. You admitted you left the lot with as you put it damaged and waited 2 days to return about it. You admitted that John in fact did try to fix it after you had already left with said car. If you go to any used car dealership the as-is sticker does mean in fact that " AS IS". Meaning in fact it does release the dealership of any reliability on repairs or damage after it leaves the lot and all contracts are signed. We do encourage every customer to inspect and test drive before purchase. If there is anything else we can do please reach out.
