Sold a car that was never looked at, vehicle had warped rotors, zero brake pads left, a significant oil leak, and broken head bolts and cracked head around the housing bolt. On top of asking if the power-s rotors, zero brake pads left, a significant oil leak, and broken head bolts and cracked head around the housing bolt. On top of asking if the power-steering pump Was bad before we drove it off the lot, their mechanic said “oh yeah that’s normal” it went out 2 days later. I would never recommend buying from them, the owner John offer me a “deal” to pay for them to fix it rather than the bmw dealer whom I would trust WAY more than them. Then he hung up on me and said “you bought it as-is”. Terrible terrible customer service. I will warn everyone of their shady tactics. Oh, and we ordered a personalized plate, charged us more. And the plate came regular. More

I purchased a 2018 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 from Motorcars of Lansing. The next day I started having severe brake issues. I took this to a mechanic in Indianapolis who found severe corrosion to the brake roto of Lansing. The next day I started having severe brake issues. I took this to a mechanic in Indianapolis who found severe corrosion to the brake rotors and pads. Heather (the Sales Manager at Motorcars told me that they would reimburse me for the work, because this should have been caught/corrected by their dealership prior to truck being sold to me. I didn't receive a check, so I followed up. Someone named Jake called me back and told me that they would not be sending me this check. He finally said they would send me a check for a lesser amount. I didn't agree with this amount because it was such a low amount, but finally told him to just send me the check because it was the best I would get from them. He also said I could drive the truck to their dealership and they would see if the truck needs the work and replace if needed. I live over 4 hours away and can not drive the truck to them on bad brakes for this purpose. I have been waiting on this since July 13th, 2020. I have not received any form of reimbursement. More

Low pressure, great service, outstanding salesman (Will), earned repeat business and referral just because it didn’t even feel like a normal all day car shopping day you get with other companies. Customer service was great...they were extremely nice. I was there for a while but that comes with buying a new car.
