Was very satisfied with the crew doing the oil change. However, I was supposed to get a courtesy Car Wash as a Lincoln owner. Whoever did this job should either be fired or retrained. My car looks like t However, I was supposed to get a courtesy Car Wash as a Lincoln owner. Whoever did this job should either be fired or retrained. My car looks like they turned a hose on it and took a rag and just swiped over it. There was still dirt all over the sides and all over the back. Because it was wet when I picked it up, I didn’t notice it till I got home. In the past my car always looked great, but not this time. I was very inhappy with it. It was disgusting. More

As ALWAYS I was well taken care of by the Service Dept. Tried to start my car early in the morning and discovered the battery was dead. Called the Service Dept. and talked with John Barney. He had Clyde co Tried to start my car early in the morning and discovered the battery was dead. Called the Service Dept. and talked with John Barney. He had Clyde come to my home & after jump starting my car, took it back to Fernando, leaving me with a car to drive. John called me mid-afternoon to tell me my car was ready to be picked up. I really appreciated John's taking my car in on a moment's notice and getting it back on the road. I have had Ferrando do all the servicing to my vehicles for more than 20 years. More
