I was missing a bolt on the steering stabilizer after it was replaced under a recall. I had a coolant leak I found after it was dripping from the frame rail and created a puddle. I was told by the service writer that they don’t tell everyone everything that’s wrong with the vehicle. Since I was in for an oil change and fuel filters on my diesel truck that’s all they worried about. the service writer told me that people get mad when they nit pick every thing that’s wrong with the vehicle, and since my truck has almost 200k miles they weren’t concerned. A coolant leak is something that a customer would want to know about. Since they don’t seem concerned with serious problems on customers vehicles I will take my truck elsewhere for service. I will likely not take my truck to Ford any longer. I have used ford for 90% of the services I have had done to it and that ends with this experience. If I do go back to a ford dealer for service I will not take it back to Ferrando. More
