Johnny Barravecchio was a real pleasure to deal with - I've never had such a pleasant car-buying experience! He told me everything about the various car levels I was considering, explained the differences, and helped me negotiate a good price for the car I wanted. He also advised me about the 0% financing, and he even personally picked me up at my home in order for me to pick up the new car. That's what I call Customer Service! And Christine Weber who showed me all about my new car - all the bells and whistles - couldn't have been more patient or helpful! And after driving a 2005 Civic for 13 years - I needed a lot of instruction. I am so pleased with my new Forester - and with the Subaru Superstore of Chandler! One caveat, there was excessive “you got such a good deal” and “ you’re lucky to get the car, the demands high”. That was off putting. I know it’s high demand, that’s why I special ordered my car. No deal breakers though, you have a long term customer. More
