After a year, I'm still not over my experience with John Beech and Porsche Riverside. Drove two hours on a Sunday to look at a fantastic PTS Maritime Blue 991.2 Turbo, spoke with John, along with a test dri Beech and Porsche Riverside. Drove two hours on a Sunday to look at a fantastic PTS Maritime Blue 991.2 Turbo, spoke with John, along with a test drive. I loved the car, and at the end of that endeavor was told that I couldn't put down a deposit to hold it for the evening, as I'd like to have my financing completed on Monday when the banks are open. Was told specifically by John that it wouldn't be sold, and that I should contact him as soon as I had my paperwork complete and ready to purchase on Monday. Turns out, you can't trust the man by his word. Had my work completed, and called him to finalize the transaction the next day, and logged onto Cargurus, and saw that the listing was pulled. Called the dealer myself (notice that John didn't even care enough to give me a courtesy call to alert me to this fact) to find that the vehicle was sold the night before. I'll definitely keep this in mind when I'm shopping for my next P-car. More
