Honest Dealership with Great Prices I was looking to purchase my first car and found a 2008 Toyota Corolla S with 52,000 miles for only $9990. I went into the dealership the next day an I was looking to purchase my first car and found a 2008 Toyota Corolla S with 52,000 miles for only $9990. I went into the dealership the next day and met John Benner. He grabbed the car and I took it for a test drive and loved it. It had a few issues (an open recall on the car, dark tint, rusty lug-nuts). However, when I told John about these issues, he was quick to settle any worries I had and he addressed the issues right away. John was also almost always available by phone during the whole process. One day, when John was out sick, I went to the dealership to pick up the car so I could take it to an independent mechanic. When in the dealership, Shawn Weir got the car for me and put in my application for financing. He was slightly rude and brushed off any questions I asked. He was not helpful. When John was in the office the next day, I came back to settle the deal. He directed me to Andrew Gesner for help with financing. The first APR that they offered was 8.69%... YA, RIGHT! I was not going to accept that. I told them that I had a quote from another bank, and he re-submitted my application to other banks and credit unions that they work with. He was able to work the interest rate down to 4.99%! He was very helpful through the process. Finally, after purchasing the car, it failed inspection (window tint was too dark) but after calling John, he set me up with Mike Clark who immediately addressed the issue for free by scheduling a service appointment to have the window tint removed. Overall, I had a very good experience at the dealer. Most of their employees are helpful and nice. There are minor issues that could be addressed but I am extremely happy with the price and the car and the whole experience. More

A perfect car buying experience. This was the best dealership. No hassles, no haggling and no pressure. We arrived and John was ready to help us. By the time we left he had both of them lined up and ready for us to look at. Impressive since one needed to come from their other lot. He also understood that we needed to be sure our car seat and stroller fit. We took a nice long drive and when we got back the was still no pressure. We told him what we wanted for our trade and he worked with Shawn to get it for us. Working with Andrew in finance was a breeze. Then other employees were so polite as well. Overall a great experience. I have a problem with pushy overbearing sales people and John and Shawn were the farthest form pushy. Highly recommended. More

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALER!!! I was looking for a Lexus GS 350 with the color combo of white with tan interior in my state of NY and couldn't find what I was looking for. When I broaden my search for this vehicle, I came across Bourne auto on the web. I called to inquire about this car and I was told by one salesperson that the car was available. I called the next day and another sales person told me the car was JUST SOLD that morning. I was really disappointed because the first sales person NEVER returned my phone calls and I left 3 voice mail messages. I then decided to call back and put my name on a waiting list just in case this car happens to come through their lot again. I spoke to John Benner and explained to him the situation; John researched the stock number of the vehicle I originally wanted and told me that the vehicle was actually STILL available. John also explained the reason why I was given inaccurate information and decided to take over and help me from there. John went above and beyond the call of duty in working with me and kept me in the loop by communicating with me via text and email. THANK YOU!!!
