The sales staff and finance laid it all out for me so I could see what I was getting into and helped me get the best deal on my loan. Would definitely recommend to friends. More

He suggested that I go with the extended warranty due to the high mileage on the car. I was hesitant, but went along with it anyway. I am extremely glad I did. last month, my car started having a loud ticking noise from the engine compartment. I called to see if it was possible to have it looked at. The serviceman, Paul Sandler, insisted I bring the car in to be looked at. free of charge. They found that the car needed a lot more than initially expected. Paul worked with the extended warranty company and was able to have over $4,000 covered for the repairs, and on top of that, he got me a rental car at no charge! Words cant describe how impressed I am by the courtesy and professionalism they have shown. From start to finish, the team at Bournes has been amazing! I will never buy another car elsewhere. -Matt More

"Fancier" Dealers I went to wanted to purchase the car before they would fix it up to be acceptable. John was just fine with a standard deposit to get the car in for work. Unfortunately the Altima I was looking at didn't work out. The attitude here was great, even if you were buying one of their lower priced cars, It didn't matter to them. I'm still searching their website and I will be back! More

Each time we bought a car, it was a unique experience. This time was no exception. Everybody at Bourne's was easy to deal with right from the start. Our salesman, John Benner, was polite and easy to talk to. We already had two cars in mind when we walked in, a Chrysler town and country and a Honda odyssey, and John was happy to show us just those two cars He didn't try to push a different car on us with old sleazy car salesmen tactics but was more than willing to show us both cars even as one was located at a satellite lot After test driving both we decided on the Honda odyssey. We brought in a trade which the techs at Bourne's went through and gave us a great price for. The best part of our experience was John asked us if we wanted to take the new car that day. That was something that I didn't even think was possible, but it was. Within two hours of walking in the door, we drove out in our new (used) car with smiles on our faces and no regrets or feelings like we got screwed. The best car buying experience we have ever had hands down! More

Amazing Dealership! I live in Wells, Maine and I found Bourne's Auto Center on line while searching for a Hummer H3. I contacted the dealership for info on the vehicle an I live in Wells, Maine and I found Bourne's Auto Center on line while searching for a Hummer H3. I contacted the dealership for info on the vehicle and was surprised to receive a text message after hours the same evening. I drove down to MA the next day to look at the vehicle. When I got there it was nice because we had a chance to look over the vehicle without being hounded by a sales person. Once we decided to go in and speak to someone we met sales person, John Benner who was fantastic! I had a couple of concerns about the vehicle and John made sure everything was taken care of immediately. I requested a new windshield be installed prior to the purchase. After picking up the Hummer I had some concern that the windshield may not have been sealed properly. The dealership Manager, Shawn Saunders, worked with me to have the Hummer checked out near my home so that I would not have to drive back down to MA and the issue has been resolved and covered by the warranty. I would definitely not hesitate to purchase a vehicle there again. Great Job Bourne's Auto Center! More
