I walk through the door and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who set me up with John. John had the vehicle i had in mind pulled up and I was set for the test drive. I loved the car and returned. John worked with me providing all information on the vehicle I wanted. Any questions I had he answered throughly. I was then set up with Matt in finance who set me up with a great deal at a very resonable rate. I signed the papers and was in my car within 48 hours. I love my new car and even brought a friend to get a car. She walked away very happy in a new vehicle as well. Going to Bournes takes away the stigma that come with car dealerships. They make you feel at ease and want to help put you in the car you want. 5 stars all across the board More

Two years ago we purchased a car from here, and were quite impressed with the ability to drive as many cars as we wanted without a salesman breathing Two years ago we purchased a car from here, and were quite impressed with the ability to drive as many cars as we wanted without a salesman breathing down our necks and pressuring us to buy a car at that exact moment. Well two years later we found ourselves outgrowing the original car we purchased and needing an SUV to replace it. Without hesitation we checked out the website and went back to Bourne's with a list of vehicles to drive. We originally thought it would be the Honda Pilot or Toyota Highlander, but ended up being the Lexus RX350. Our salesman was John Benner and he immediately had the cars we wanted to drive available. If there was something not available on the lot it was delivered from their other lot with very little or no waiting. After an afternoon of just driving all the cars on the list, we made an offer and traded in the car we had originally purchased from Bourne's two years ago. The process was painless and the RX350 needed some extras like the floor mats, cargo net, etc. located that were in the pictures. I expected to get some resistance, but this never happened. They even removed some stains in the headliner and buffed some minor areas on the passenger door. John was always quick to answer questions via email and the turnaround with our insurance agent was terrific! The car was to be registered in Rhode Island, and believe me, this is not an easy process for most folks in state late alone out of state! When I came back a few days later, Shawn Saunders , their Finance Manager , made the financing options easy, explained the warranties (which I declined, and he gladly never applied pressure or brought up the topic again. I was done and out of his office in about 45 minutes! The amazing part was the car being delivered by their runner Jim Marsden with a full tank of gas and taking away her old car after swapping the plates in the middle of the workday! (I was expecting to need to come back to the dealership after work and have missing items like extra FOBS or mats missing or the checklist I mentioned to them about the car not done. THIS never happened!) Not a lot of used car dealers are this flexible, nor are there any I know of that advertise the best price on a vehicle that actually live up to it! We will make Bourne's a destination for our third vehicle for sure! Dont buy a new car when you can save thousands buying used with a no haggle price! Thank you BOURNE's! More

Once I found the car I wanted, John walked me through everything I needed to do and Carlos busted his butt working with the bank to get me payments and a rate that I am happy with. Even after the sale, they still follow up to make sure your happy. John just called today to make sure I have everything I need. It was an excellent experience all around. More

Car had too many problems I purchased a vehicle here last year. I went in to test drive it and noticed a few problems with the vehicle. They assured me it would be fixed, so I I purchased a vehicle here last year. I went in to test drive it and noticed a few problems with the vehicle. They assured me it would be fixed, so I completed the purchase. When I came to pick up the car I noticed several of the issues had not been fixed and had to schedule an appointment for later that week at the dealer since I needed a vehicle. Over the next few days I noticed several other issues that should have been caught in their "inspection" including a rattling dashboard, loose passenger mirror, poor paint touch up, etc. The next morning the car would not start, so I contacted Bourne's and they sent a truck to pick it up and gave us a rental. They did fix most of the issues (thus two stars), but they should have been caught before the vehicle was sold! I would not recommend them for this reason and the headaches it caused. More

Patient and helpful! I love this place. I hate dealerships usually, the high pressure, being trapped at a desk, let me get my manager bull crap! This is the opposite of I love this place. I hate dealerships usually, the high pressure, being trapped at a desk, let me get my manager bull crap! This is the opposite of that! I have been there on many occasions and John Benner was so patient and helpful. I drove every 7 passenger SUV on the lot and a few of them multiple times and never had any pressure. I love the no haggle price policy and would definitely recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a high quality used car. More

Great experience I searched for the car I wanted on truecar.com. many results popped up and Bourne's had the best prices compared to other dealers. So I made the two h I searched for the car I wanted on truecar.com. many results popped up and Bourne's had the best prices compared to other dealers. So I made the two hour drive out there. Everyone was friendly when I arrived, they quickly let me get a test drive in, and two hours later I was the owner of the car. I didn't have to haggle for the price and they offer a warranty that's better than most manufacturer's warranties. Would definitely go there again. More
