I was impressed by the sales service John Bernard gave me at Acton Toyota. He allowed me to take the car for a half day which allowed me to really get familiar with the vehicle. He took the time to explain all features of the vehicle. He was also very organized and explained all the paperwork (fees, financing etc.) so there were no surprises. I would definitely recommend buying a car from him. More

After driving used cars for 45 years, this is our first New car! John Bernard, Geno and the rest of the committed staff at Acton Toyota were wonderful. Earlier that day we had "escaped" a high pressure sales pitch at another dealership and were quite wary of another such interaction. We arrived at Acton Toyota just at closing time and John stayed and answered all our questions and helped us make a well informed decision Without Pressure. Extra effort was made to quickly find the car we wanted. John was professional, knowledgeable, gracious and efficient but also friendly, humorous and very affable. He was available by phone for questions and kept us informed of every step of the process. We will certainly recommend both John and Acton Toyota to friends, family and even total strangers with the confidence that they too will be pleased with the experience. More

I cannot say enough good things about Acton Toyota of Littleton and John Bernard, the sales representative I dealt with. I was treated professionally and politely every step of the way while leasing my new Camry. (great car by the way). After I took the car home, someone in the parking lot at my apartment complex nicked the side of it while backing out took some paint off. I called John Bernard at the dealership and he said to bring it in. He had the people in the maintenance department fix it with some touch up paint. Glenn and John did an outstanding job making us feel welcome, without pressuring us to buy anything. John showed us 2 models of Highlander, and did a great job explaining the differences between the two welcome, without pressuring us to buy anything.
