John was friendly, open, not intimidating and very helpful. He took time to listen, answer all questions and understand our vehicle situation. It was a joy to buy a car from Acton Toyota and John Bernard was a huge part of the reason why. He was knowledgeable, attentive and very low pressure. I think Acton Toyota is the best dealership that I have ever shopped at. You could actually eat off the floor of the service bays. John helped us find the exact car I wanted. The car I wanted had just come out and most dealerships didn't have any on site and were waiting for the next shipments. I was impressed by the sales service John Bernard gave me at Acton Toyota. He allowed me to take the car for a half day which allowed me to really get familiar with the vehicle.
