We went in to Acton Toyota looking for a used car, for a good price, low mileage, etc. for my teenager to drive. John helped us through the whole process, was not pushy like other dealers, and helped us buy good price, low mileage, etc. for my teenager to drive. We love the experience we had there and my daughter is so excited about her car. My wife and I visited a couple of very large Toyota dealerships before going to Acton Toyota of Littleton. Both of these dealerships had a car we were interested in and offered a competitive price. But, when we met the sales manager in each case we were turned off. When I searched blogs on the internet they only confirmed my suspicions. I had initially got a price quote from Acton Toyota via the Toyota.com web site and Acton Toyota was one of the respondents but I selected the two mega dealerships for my first two dealer visits. When subsequently read about Acton Toyota on the various blogs discussing cars, all I read was amazingly positive so we decided to visit Acton Toyota. I was surprised by the number of cars on display and how easy it was to look at them by ourselves without a sales rep watching over us. When we were ready to meet with a sales rep, John Bernard was introduced to us. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and above all very straighforward and honest. That was the case for everyone else we met at this dealership...almost too good to believe! This dealership just opened up their new state-of-the-art dealership in Littleton three weeks ago. I understand they were previously located in Acton. We drove home our new 2008 Toyota Highlander Sport last night! More

Two weeks after buying a car from John Bernard at Acton Toyota, my other old car died. I had a very pleasant experiencing at Acton Toyota from the moment I drove into the lot until I left with my sales contract in my hand. This was not the first dealership I had gone to. I am a 21 year old college student and was treated just as equal as a business man. I bought a certified 2004 corolla (which is great on gas), from JOHN BER 21 year old college student and was treated just as equal as a business man. I bought a certified 2004 corolla (which is great on gas), from JOHN BERNARD, and it had a slight dent in it that I asked if he could fix and he assured me no problem. They provided me with a 2008 Camry hybrid to drive around while my corolla was in the shop. when it came back the auto body guys had messed up and i was reluctant to say anything thinking that I was going to have to face facts that this really is just another dealership, BUT IT WAS NOT, John and his sales manager Jeff (without me even telling them I wasn't happy with it) refused to let me be take it in that condition and had the car sent back to the auto body to be refinished; while they paid for my rental for a few more days! I came back and the car's body work was beyond wonderful, they also replaced a scratched hubcap and fixed another small dent in the front. John shook my hard with a smile and I was off as content as ever. THIS DEALERSHIP IS NOT ORDINARY THEY ACTUALLY WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY IN ALL WAYS AND WILL NOT STOP TRYING UNTIL YOU ARE! 5/5 HANDS DOWN! ASK FOR JOHN BERNARD HE WILL TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT AND IS A DOWN TO EARTH GUY.All said and done I will be a long lasting Acton Toyota customer and would reccomend this dealership to any friend.
