Having owned two used cars in the past, I was very apprehensive to go to just any dealership. So, my husband and I did our research and found out about Acton Toyota of Littleton. It is remarkable that they are able to keep cars on this lot at all. The business itself has impressive features just upon arrival, in other words the building and area is easy on the eyes. Then the salesman, John in particular, was not a hound dog...rather he made the experience so comfortable. The funny thing was, it was raining cats and dogs the day we went, and yet John showed us car after car. We test drove, we looked, we checked the listings, everything that we could do to assure us that we were going to find what we were looking for, but with no pressure. We were there for hours and it was one of the best experiences of my life. We were treated like our money mattered. We were treated to lunch and our old car was given a fair trade in value. To ask for more would require them to not be a car dealership. If you are wondering where to get your next vehicle, this is the place. My brother will be driving age in 3-4 years and we are already planning to purchase his car through them. More

We would have no problem recommending this dealership to any of our friends, relatives, or even complete strangers... We also drive a Toyota Sienna (previously purchased elsewhere) which we will be bringing to Acton Toyota from this day forward for our service. More

We went in to Acton Toyota looking for a used car, for a good price, low mileage, etc. for my teenager to drive. My wife and I visited a couple of very large Toyota dealerships before going to Acton Toyota of Littleton. Both of these dealerships had a car we were interested in and offered a competitive price. But, when we met the sales manager in each case we were turned off. When I searched blogs on the internet they only confirmed my suspicions. I had initially got a price quote from Acton Toyota via the Toyota.com web site and Acton Toyota was one of the respondents but I selected the two mega dealerships for my first two dealer visits. When subsequently read about Acton Toyota on the various blogs discussing cars, all I read was amazingly positive so we decided to visit Acton Toyota. I was surprised by the number of cars on display and how easy it was to look at them by ourselves without a sales rep watching over us. When we were ready to meet with a sales rep, John Bernard was introduced to us. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and above all very straighforward and honest. That was the case for everyone else we met at this dealership...almost too good to believe! This dealership just opened up their new state-of-the-art dealership in Littleton three weeks ago. I understand they were previously located in Acton. We drove home our new 2008 Toyota Highlander Sport last night! More
