I have no complaints about Acton Toyota of Littleton. Wellington and John are fantastic. Everyone there was helpful and they made my new car purchase as painless as possible. Even when the hubcap fell off of my brand new car on my way home and I angrily called John to complain/vent frustration, they were kind and understanding (and got me a new hubcap right away!). I brought my car in for its first servicing (oil change) and the service department was just as nice and accommodating as the sales team. I even got a free lunch while I waited for the car. I would recommend Acton Toyota of Littleton to anyone looking for a new Toyota. More

My wife and I came across John and Acton Toyota when exploring some options for replacing our 10 year old Honda minivan. John made the process easy and didn't pressure us at all. When it came time to close, he put the best pricing right on the table and didn't play games. There are not enough words to describe the exceptional service I received when I showed up to buy a new car. I was referred to John Bernard by my mechanic who told me John would take care of me and he ce service I received when I showed up to buy a new car. I was referred to John Bernard by my mechanic who told me John would take care of me and he certainly did that. I have not purchased a car since I bought my RAV4 in 1997. I was amazed at how fast the whole transaction took, especially since I showed up without an appointment and John was working with two other customers as well. I got the exact Corolla I wanted at a terrific price and was surprised to be offered so much for my Toyota as a trade in. The Business Manager was also very nice and no one ever pressured me to buy anything additional. It didn't end there. The next day a friend asked if she could buy my car for her son. When I called the dealership the paperwork had already been completed but John and the business manager re-did the paperwork so I could make it happen. I was thrilled that they were so accomodating so I could help out a friend. Two days later I called and asked if I could pick up my new car earlier in the day to avoid having the pay for an additional day for my rental car and again they worked their magic to help me out. I was also introduced to various other employees which I thought was a nice touch. All in all I could not be happier with my car or my enjoyable experience there from beginning to end. John Bernard certainly excels at customer service and is definitly an asset to your organization. Since I have a big mouth and lots of friemds and family you can bet I am telling everyone I know about Acton Toyota and hope to steer others to your door. More

We were looking to downsize from our larger vehichle and were very interested in the Tacoma. We originally were looking for used but after searching for used decided for the money it would be better to go were very interested in the Tacoma. We went to Acton Toyota on the recommendation of a friend and were told to ask for John Bernard. We did and it was a very pleasant experienace considering we think of car buying as not so pleasant. John was up front and very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were totally satisfied with our decision and purchase. We never felt rushed or pressured. The dealership itself has a very relaxing atmosphere they make you feel very comfortable while waiting for service or even when just browsing. I highly recommend this dealership and John Bernard. We also got the price we were looking for actually we did little better than we thought we would do. All of the people we dealt with were very informative and pleasant. All of our questions were answered and on pick up day John went through the entire vehicle with us explaining all of the features and answering any quesitons we had. Overall a very pleasant car buying experience. More

I've bought four cars now from Acton Toyota, and the experience has consistently been great. The ability to kick the tires of a couple of cars that you are interested in, without the hassle and constant monitoring that I've experienced from dealers past. If you are looking for a patient, thorough sales person, John is your man. From the service side, its been great. Acton Toyota's new facility is beautiful, and the upstairs cafeteria is a great place to grab a bite while you wait for your servicing. Good wireless, so I can work from there if needed; plus the courtesy shuttle will get you where you need to go. More

I started browsing dealerships a couple of weeks ago, trying to decide what I wanted my first new car to be. I went to Acton Toyota in Littleton, MA just to look and figure out if I wanted another corol trying to decide what I wanted my first new car to be. I went to Acton Toyota in Littleton, MA just to look and figure out if I wanted another corolla. Within a few minutes of being on the lot, John Bernard rolled up in a golf cart and asked if he could help us (My mom came too). We said we were just looking, not sure what the plan would be, etc. John offered to give us a ride up to the new corollas and then said if we need anything to let him know. We loved the no-pressure attitude. We ended up going inside and getting more information from John, who was extremely helpful. He got right down to the bottom line and told us what he could give me for what price. No games. No pressure. It was great. I took his business card and did some thinking before making any purchases. John was extremely accessible (he texts, takes calls, takes emails) and answered all my questions quickly. He listened to what I was looking for in a new car and didn't push anything on me that I didn't want. I ended up buying a new 2010 Toyota Corolla with LoJack through John Bernard. He went out of his way to make sure the car was in pristine shape before I took it home (ex. calling in to maintenance to make sure the side panel on the driver side door was replaced because of a tiny scratch on it). He walked me through setting up my first appointment for servicing with Toyota and gave me a tour of the place (free breakfast/lunch when your car is being serviced, free gym, great facilities to sit and watch tv). Overall I had a great experience at Acton Toyota in Littleton, MA and would recommend anybody looking for a new or used Toyota to make them one of their first stops. Specifically, ask for John Bernard. He'll take care of you. More

We started looking for a new car over the winter. Our son had suggested looking at the Venza and we loved it. We tend to keep our cars for a long time. Our previous car a 1999 Camry also came from Acton Toyota. On our first visit to Acton Toyota of Littleton, we met John Bernard and liked his honestness and willingness to work with us. He provided many different Venzas for us to drive...from a 4-cylinder to the 6-cylinder, equipped with many different packages. We even took one out in a snowstorm to see how it handled. It held the road very well. We did find the Venza with the packages that we wanted at another dealership for a slightly lower price, but in the end decided to go with Acton Toyota and John. We trusted him and have always had great service at the dealership. More
