Painless and Comforting I've never had to buy a new car from a dealership before, I've only ever inherited cars from other people my whole life so you can imagine the anxiety I've never had to buy a new car from a dealership before, I've only ever inherited cars from other people my whole life so you can imagine the anxiety I was feeling when my Jeep died and I knew I had no other choice but to lease a new car so I could get to work. John Bernard was highly recommended to me through family members and I can 100% say they were not exaggerating. John immediately put me at ease and made me feel like family. There were no cheesey sales gimmics, no fake "oh I argued with my manager to get you a better price" BS you see in movies, every step & feature was explained to me I never felt like I was being talked into something I didn't want or need. John took extensive care to walk me through everything from basic funtions to add ons, from safety features to technological changes from my old Jeep like Bluetooth call answering, lane departure warnings, and the holy grail in New England: auto start for the winter time. John has been available to me with every concern, every "silly question", every anxiety inducing question involved in buying a new car...I have never felt so taken care of by a salesman. I leased the new RAV 4 LE and even though I'm such a fan of Jeep, I honestly am so pleased with Toyota & my new car and all it's features I'm convinced it's going to be a lease to own situation. I've recommended John Bernard and Acton Toyota of Littleton to so many people from my other siblings to co-workers and even my boss there I've had to make photo copies of John's business card because I want everyone to feel as relaxed and taken care of that I am.
