I leased the car in one day without doing any research or visiting other dealerships because I knew John would give me the best deal and I could trust him completely. I'm a member of the Rotary Club of Acton-Boxborough with John and know him to be a man of integrity. When I called and put in a request for the used vehicle that I was looking for, the salesperson took note and responded to me several weeks later with a vehicle that matched my criteria. After I took the vehicle for a trial run, the vehicle was checked out mechanically. The salesperson also took the vehicle to my Toyota mechanic for him to check it out as well. The dealership made all repairs and alterations as needed and as requested by the mechanic, and also gave me 4 new tires. All this at a very reasonable price. John Bernard was the salesperson who worked with me on my purchase. I highly recommend Acton Toyota and John Bernard for their great customer service. I purchased my Toyota over 4 years ago and I still love my car- no major problems or breakdowns in 4 years. More

Anyhow, I was helping a friend with the purchase of a new Toyota at a local dealership in Tucson and I was not satisfied with the answers I was getting from the salesperson. I contacted John Bernard and he was willing and able to answer my questions. Truly amazing. He even took the time to research one question and called me back in record time. I wish Acton Toyota would open a dealership in Tucson. More

As soon as I walked in the door the overall atmosphere felt different than most dealerships...no swarming and milling around of salespersons. Had a great experience working with John Bernard....polite, patient, non aggressive and very knowledgeable salesperson.....great person to work with. Cannot but give mention to Keith Mobley in the Finance Department...very helpful, non pushy...very likeable guy. Truly believe that Customer Satisfaction is their number one priority. Definitely will be back again and would highly recommend this dealership. More
