Your salespersons was involved with another customer when you arrived and our receptionist failed to alert a manager to provide immediate assistance. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. I understand that your work schedule made it difficult for you to come to the dealership to have your trade in appraised. In light of that, we held the vehicle you were interested in for over 10 days without a deposit or a Purchase & Sale Agreement. During that time several calls were placed to you in an effort to accomodate your busy schedule. When you were unable to return to the dealership to actually purchase the vehicle it was released for sale. If we can be of any assistance in your pursuit of a new vehicle, please let us know and we will do everything possible to make it convenient to your work schedule and be considerate of your time. Acton Toyota of Littleton wrote on 5/1/2013 5:14:17 PM: To the contrary, our preference would have been to sell you a vehicle as well as the other customer. We gained 1 customer but lost another customer. Our business has been built and has been very successful by always trying to do the right thing for every customer. I, along with other members of management, have apologized for the fact that you waited 45 minutes for your salesperson. We even held the vehicle 11 days for you without a deposit before releasing it to another customer. Name calling is not constructive. Bill is a wonderful person not deserving of your characterization.
