This is a great dealership. John Bernard was great to deal with. Came in on his night off to do the car delivery with my daughter for her first new car. Our family has bought 6 new cars here in the las deal with. Came in on his night off to do the car delivery with my daughter for her first new car. I wasn't going to buy another Toyota, but the staff and dealership alone convinced me to go that route! Ultimately, the dealership alone swung my vote to buy a Highlander- and not because they were tel and dealership alone convinced me to go that route! Ultimately, the dealership alone swung my vote to buy a Highlander- and not because they were telling me how great they were or what they could do for me, but rather treating me like an adult (Not, "What will it take you to drive out of here with a car today?") and gave me all the time I needed and answered my questions and valued my time! I can't tell you how another competing dealership left me sitting at the desk while they got their Sales Manager or had to get special approval to take a test drive without them! Other dealerships had to "Get me in the system" and took my license.....Toyota tossed me the keys and said, "Have fun! See you in 15!" What a relief! I love my new Highlander, but I am super comfortable in the fact that if and when I go back, I'll continued to be taken of like I was on Day One. Thank you Acton Toyota!!! More

This was my third time working with John Bernard and he never fails to go above and beyond to help me get into the car that I want. John never tries to sell you into anything that you don't want. I can admit I made a mistake on my frustrated review of Acton Toyota. I thought the only car that was right for me was a Camry and I wanted and it when the deal went south, I took some vented emotion o Acton Toyota. My beloved Impala with 128,000 miles on it fell apart the other day when I brought the kids to school and it was time for a replacement. I decided to return to Acton Toyota and see what other options I had. I met again with John Bernard and spoke with Scott Bristol and then decided what would be the best car for me. I test drove an, Avalon, Camry and Prius. My decision was with the Prius and it seemed like a great car with 6700 miles on iy and its a 2012. I went through the entire process in one day from sale to registration and inspection. The car buying process is stressful but I should also know that when you deal with the public that its always a challenge. If your upset like I was, take a break and then come up woth a new plan! Acton Toyota has something for anyone! I even recommeded another person to acton Toyota and they bought a car from John this week as well. Regards More

My 2008 Highlander has been serviced by Acton Toyota for the past three plus years and eighty thousand miles. So I know this dealership is the best at service. We went to Acton Toyota to see the new models. John Bernard introduced himself and was the perfect sales person to allow you to look at different cars and he offered information and details to assist our looking. Time went on and we continued to look at different products. Now that we are retired, we went back to Acton Toyota and I asked to speak with John Bernard. He is a professional sales person who guided my wife and then me through the process of selecting not one but two cars in one afternoon. I picked up my 2013 Highlander and my wife's 2013 Rav4 will be in next week. This was an excellent experience. More

What a breath of fresh air. We came here because the Toyota dealership closest to us absolutely sucked. We heard about Scott from a friend, so we checked it out. Despite the fact that they were the only dealership who had the exact car that we were looking for, they still cut us an exceptional deal, about 5% under KBB prices. They did do the whole "let me go talk with the sales manager" routine, but they came back with all the right answers, so who cares :-) 100% no-pressure. Scotts general attitude seemed to be "if you'd like to buy a car, I'll be happy to help you and answer your questions, if not...I'll still be happy to answer all your questions!" Id reccommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Toyota, and I'll even go one further. After dealing with some of the other dealerships, I'll say you should ONLY deal with this dealership, and ask for Scott! More
