I brought my car for service there. When returned home the oil was dripping from the car on my newly sealed driveway. Had to go back to dealership next day so they fix the issue with the gasket. They also included the tire rotation that I didn't request as I rotated tires 500 miles ago at Costco. Asked to rotate tires back. Service advisor said the technician didn't think rotation is needed and didn't rotate tires. They charge me for the service though. I really disappointed with their service. More

Terrible THE WORST SERVICE! they sold me a vehicle that knew was damaged, they lost the power of attorney and dont care to fix their mistake. My credit score has been here for the last month because of the knew was damaged, they lost the power of attorney and dont care to fix their mistake. The sales person has no interest in answering phone calls as he was witness to me giving the finance department and their hand the power of attorney. I keep taking the vehicle back so that it can be worked on but every time they say nothing is wrong with it when clearly there’s something wrong with the steering and with the shox of the vehicle. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership I will never recommend them to anybody. More

Timely, knowledgeable, friendly I had scheduled an appointment for today, but last night after purchasing a bike rack and being gestured to by a couple of drivers, I decided I needed I had scheduled an appointment for today, but last night after purchasing a bike rack and being gestured to by a couple of drivers, I decided I needed to pull over. Since the dealership was close by, I drove in, and even though it was close to closing time, John Boehm took the time to check things out. I was impressed and very grateful that he went above and beyond to ensure the car was safe to drive away. Today was my car's appointment. The service was done professionally as promised. The service manager, John Boehm answered my questions courteously. There were beverages and pastries available as well as TV, wifi for customers to enjoy while waiting for their vehicles. Although I did not use it this visit, there is also a courtesy shuttle. Very pleased with the whole experience. More
