I appreciate taking my car in and having them take care of everything while I wait. It’s also nice having my safety inspection done while I’m there, as well as having my car washed. Overall Service it’s great just have some minor of Tires indicators showing on the dashboard after the maintenance 5,000 Miles service & then couple days later I bring my Sienna Minivan back to the dealers indicators showing on the dashboard after the maintenance 5,000 Miles service & then couple days later I bring my Sienna Minivan back to the dealership & they Fix the problem & this is the second time that happened might be because my Minivan is 16 years old some computers chips might need to be updated maybe who know ?!? 👀 More

I bought 2019 used Toyota for a top notch price at Tyson Koon. Their service was horrible from day one. The truck has the lock box installed on center sole and they did not have the proper lock box code. Koon. Their service was horrible from day one. Also, the moon roof did operate properly and I had to bring the truck to their service center for warranty repair. they removed the sun roof head liner and installed it back uneven on one side. I expressed the concern to my assigned service person whom name is Brian. He blamed it on others and not caused by them. It did not make any sense since they had to remove the head liner in order to fix the moon roof motor. But they denied the fact and did not do anything for me. I brought the truck to another Toyota service department and they said " the un-evenness of the head liner was definitely caused by the moon roof repair tech.
