Greeted immediately by Jon and shown several Crosdtrek hybrids. Evaluated my car quickly, and made a reasonable trade- in offer. Offered to help clear out my awful, trash strewn trink! Allowed me to drive hybrids. Evaluated my car quickly, and made a reasonable trade- in offer. Offered to help clear out my awful, trash strewn trink! I had coffee while the paperwork was prepared, and then processed that smoothly with a second gentleman ( Tim?). I was out of the dealership within about 2- 3 hours driving my new car!
