Deceived I called DeCozen on Wednesday and spoke with Mark Ciasulo about a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and made an appointment to see the car. When I got to the dealer I followed up with Brian Walker who emailed Just a bit earlier before coming. When I got to the dealer Brian said he had the car ready for me. Brian introduced me to John Bowler in sales who left me waiting for a half hour with still no car. John then stated the car was getting detailed. So after making an appointment and getting told the car was ready a half hour ago when I first arrived it suddenly was getting detailed. Bottom line is this is a bait and switch to get you in and the car was not there to begin with. Do not do business with this dealer. More

Unable to find the new Jeep Wrangler I was looking for with all of the options I wanted, especially the dual top, I was forced to look out of state. When I arrived at DeCozen I was immediately greeted by John Bowler who couldn’t have been more friendly and knowledgeable about all the questions I had. He explained to me that because of the DeCozens long history they often get cars in stock from Chrysler/Jeep that other dealerships might not. Having purchased many cars over many years, the worst part is to go to a dealer where some cheesy salesman gives you a hard pressure sale pitch while simultaneously showering you with complements; John did neither. It was John Bowler who closed this deal because of his friendliness, good-nature and knowledge of his product. I highly recommend John to anyone looking for a straight up, honest and nice sales person. More

Very unprofessional Save yourself the bother of wasting time with salesman John Bohler. I spent HOURS waiting at the dealership for my car. It DIDN’T have the options tha Save yourself the bother of wasting time with salesman John Bohler. I spent HOURS waiting at the dealership for my car. It DIDN’T have the options that John told me it would have inside of it and John attempted to take other customers while I was waiting there for my car. The day I was picking my car up which was the day after I received a call saying I was approved for it I sat at the dealership for 4 hours waiting to hear that I was approved and then another hour and a half waiting to see the car. Which when I mentioned seeing it was told it is like the other grand cherokees in the waiting room but black. After filling out the survey I received a call from John the salesman who had the audacity to say that I’m just an idiot kid that shouldn’t have even received a car from him and that I have a lot to learn in life and what goes around comes around which came off as a threat. I would say avoid this dealership or at least this salesman at all cost. 0 stars for John Bohler across the board. More
