The reason for my most recent visit was to determine the cause of an oil leak after an oil change at the dealership. It was determined that the drain plug was not sufficiently tightened. My clean garage f cause of an oil leak after an oil change at the dealership. It was determined that the drain plug was not sufficiently tightened. My clean garage floor now has a substantial oil stain from the leakage. While I was satisfied with the repair I was quite upset with the mess in my garage! While expedience of service is important it should NEVER supersede quality workmanship!!! I trust the technician has been properly retrained on the procedure. More
