I got an email from Concordville Subaru about oil change & tire rotation maintenance. Glad I did as life is busy & often these things are forgotten until it’s a real problem. John Brennan at the service desk was friendly, professional, courteous and upfront about the work to be done. He understood that I had a Dr. appt scheduled and did his best (& succeeded!) in getting me out in time. He also gave me a heads up for next possible upcoming maintenance & appx cost. That is such a benefit! To know what to expect! When I drove off the lot onto 202 I felt the difference in the drive. I also felt safer & relieved. The service from the shop was great, the front of the house was great & scheduling was great! I am so glad I have a Subaru & better yet, an excellent place to keep me & my subi happy & well maintained. Thank you John & the rest of the crew!!! More
