My go-to dealer for my favorite Subarus. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, as Concordville’s service department is top tier and I’ve always felt I was treated fairly my the sales department. This is Subaru #5 for me, my second Outback and by far the best car I’ve ever owned. Nathalie was a treat to work with, prompt communicator, good listener, enthusiastic about the cars and the dealership and excited to help me get into the car I love. The manager John checked in with me many times, the loan guy Keith was friendly and patient. I highly recommend this dealership, their sales team and their service staff. More

This was my first new car purchase. I was sort of dreading it, but shopping at Concordville Subaru was a surprisingly enjoyable experience. Nathalie was a great salesperson. I'm pretty sure I got scammed by one of their service writers. I asked for a 30k service and he told me the usual services I expected -- oil change, air filter, cabin air filter, tire rotation. 2 hours a writers. I asked for a 30k service and he told me the usual services I expected -- oil change, air filter, cabin air filter, tire rotation. 2 hours and it came down to $500? Absolutely absurd. I've been to this dealership several times and never had issues until the most recent visit. Not sure why but I definitely got taken advantage of. Guy got greedy. More
