In January, I took my car to Ford because the solvent in my car was not releasing and JB, the advisor, recommended a diagnostic which I had done and turns out that my rear shocks needed to be replaced. Yest my car was not releasing and JB, the advisor, recommended a diagnostic which I had done and turns out that my rear shocks needed to be replaced. Yesterday, I had the shocks replaced and very grateful to JB and the team that worked on my car. I am forever grateful and thankful for the exceptional work always done to my CMax. More

Arlington Heights Ford service department was great to work with, and easy to set up an appointment. My service advisor JB was kind and kept me updated with the recall they were performing and when my car work with, and easy to set up an appointment.
