J B was very proffesional and was very efficient in updating me on the status of my car repair. I was pleasantly surprised when my repair took only one hour when it was originally estimated to take up updating me on the status of my car repair. I find your Service Advisor, J. B. Burzawa to be very knowledgeable in addressing my service needs. He was genuinely interested in taken care of my request and offered suggestions B. He was genuinely interested in taken care of my request and offered suggestions Vic, who drove me home and picked me up when my car was ready,was very polite and interesting to talk with. The young lady who took my money, with a smile, was very good at what she does and very polite! Good Job Guys! More

In January, I took my car to Ford because the solvent in my car was not releasing and JB, the advisor, recommended a diagnostic which I had done and turns out that my rear shocks needed to be replaced. Yest my car was not releasing and JB, the advisor, recommended a diagnostic which I had done and turns out that my rear shocks needed to be replaced. Yesterday, I had the shocks replaced and very grateful to JB and the team that worked on my car. I am forever grateful and thankful for the exceptional work always done to my CMax. More

Arlington Heights Ford service department was great to work with, and easy to set up an appointment. My service advisor JB was kind and kept me updated with the recall they were performing and when my car work with, and easy to set up an appointment.
