The gang at Ganley were awesome. They are and have been very customer oriented, that is they know how to make sure that the customer is number one and that all of my needs are met. They always go out of th very customer oriented, that is they know how to make sure that the customer is number one and that all of my needs are met. They always go out of their way to make me feel like I shouldn't even consider buying or servicing my car anywhere else. I would absolutely recommend Ganley BMW to anyone who is seriously considering purchasing a new high-end vehicle and who is focused on getting no-hassle customer service. More

Customer service was pretty good, but there was a slight communication issue that had me wait for a couple of hours before signing all of the important paperwork. It's nice to be surrounded by such examples of automotive excellence, but I can only look at so many of the same car before the novelty thins. Being that the vehicle purchased was a BMW, it was bound to cost more than the average vehicle, and my trade had lots of miles on it, so I wound up making the purchase with a bit more negative equity than anticipated. Still, the product is excellent and it's not the first time I purchased from Ganley; I hope to be able to make another purchase from Ganley in 3 or 4 years. More

I visited several BMW dealerships in search of a new BMW. John Caruso at Ganley was very patient with me. He educated me on the different makes of BMW's and their pricing. I was interested in a 328 or 335, b John Caruso at Ganley was very patient with me. He educated me on the different makes of BMW's and their pricing. I was interested in a 328 or 335, but I had a limited budget. I wanted a new BMW, but quickly discovered my budget would not work with a 2012 BMW. John went the extra mile and found me a "loaner" - never titled 2011 328. The car was exactly what I wanted for a price I could afford. Once I finalized the purchase, John took the time to walk through all options on the car including the nav system. More

Working with John was a pleasure. This was my first BMW and my first car stepping up in class. John spent a great deal of time with me and explained the features of my car very well. The test drive, he dro and my first car stepping up in class. John spent a great deal of time with me and explained the features of my car very well. The test drive, he drove us first, really allowed me to have a great appreciation for all the things this car can do. The second test drive I went out alone and that was also appreciated to be able to experience the car without any distractions. The time frame of delivery was just what he told me it would be and all in all my car buying experience was great. Highly recommend Ganley BMW and John Caruso. More

This is my 2nd new car from Ganley BMW and John Caruso. John is great to work with and makes the experience easy and comfortable. I will continue to go to John for my cars in the future and would recommen John is great to work with and makes the experience easy and comfortable. I will continue to go to John for my cars in the future and would recommend both John and Ganley BWM to anyone looking for a new or used BMW. The dealership on the whole is great as well, with a wide selection of cars that are ready to go and service that, while I have only used it minimally (great cars!) has been perfect. Therefore, in my opinion, Ganley BMW gets my highest rating because the selection is great, the service department is easy to work with and requires zero hassle, and my sales experience with John Caruso has always been outstanding. John has checked in with me periodcally over the years that I've had the BMWs and is always there to answer questions and help with the new car process. Overall, in my 20+ years of driving and buying cars, the best dealership experience has been, by far, at Ganley BMW. More

Going to Ganley BMW is like going home. They have a great sales staff, and John is always attuned to my needs. My car was shiny, clean and ready to roll. And, the deal was one which I could not ignore! My 1 sales staff, and John is always attuned to my needs. My car was shiny, clean and ready to roll. And, the deal was one which I could not ignore! My 128I was a used car with 15,000 miles, but it looked (inside & out) like a brand-new car. John made sure all of my questions were answered, as did Mike. The delivery of my car was flawless. I know I can count on their service and parts staff, as well. I would definitely recommend this dealer, and I will definitely buy from them again! More

John was very helpful and accomadating in regards to me buying the new M3. He was able to work with my busy schedule, and he was available at any time of the day, even if it was his day off.
