John Caruso was very helpful throughout my entire car buying experience. He demonstrated both knowledge and patience during the test drives. My overall experience was very positive with John and I would recommend his service to others. More

In March 2011, I purchased a 2010 BMW 328i - my dream-mobile - from John Caruso. Last week, my car was totaled and I was left with the prospect of purchasing another car. Working with John, I purchased a Pre-Owned Certified 328 xi and I'm very happy. I've enjoyed working with John and all of the service associates. My son and I were/are both looking for a new vehicle. We worked with John Caruso through out the buying processes, who was extremely attentive and very customer friendly. He followed up with us after our first visit, set a test drive, and provided us the opportunity to meet with Frank Steffan, manger and the Ganley team. Frank and John made our purchase of the new 640i Grand Coupe a great experience. They were reasonable on pricing both the new car and trade in. They took out the haggling, back and forth negotiations and were very fair to me (and I do my homework on both sides of the deal). The negotiation process took less than 15 minutes and was a very pleasant experience. For me in all my car purchases (this is my fourth BMW, but first through Ganley), that was a very unique experience. It was a pleasure working with them and I would recommend them to anyone. Everyone on the Ganley staff was pleasant and customer focused. Fred Palmer did our closing and was honest, professional and efficient. All in all I have nothing but great things to say about our experience in purchasing our new BMW at Ganley. While we are still looking for the right pre-owned vehicle for my son, we are hoping that Ganley will be the one to have it. More

John was an excellent advisor on the purchase of my first BMW. He answered all my questions well and educated me without being aggressive. I had a nice experience overall working wtih John Caruso and Robert Strecker. From the moment I walked in the store, I was treated like a long, lost friend. I was invited in because my lease was coming due in 3 months. Because of some very timely BMW incentives, along with Adam Moon a long, lost friend. I was invited in because my lease was coming due in 3 months. Because of some very timely BMW incentives, along with Adam Moon and Fred Palmer (Managers) having someone that was looking exactly for my old 2010 BMW, they got me out of my lease early and into a new, vehicle (with more equipment), keeping my lease payment within a couple of dollars of the previous lease. The next day, after giving me the deal of a lifetime, they turned me over to John Caruso to deliver my new car. John was also very helpful and very knowledgeable. My last five cars have been from Ganley BMW I have always had an outstanding experience. I can't say enough about the Ganley BMW team. More

From the beginning, John Caruso, made my experience a pleasant one. He was very helpful, patient, and went the extra mile to make sure I got a great deal on my car. John also made arrangements for ,Ken Delk, to handle my transaction when he would be on vacation before the sale closed. Ken was also very professional and pleasant to deal with. He took the time to explain everything about the car to me. I would highly recommend this dealership. I really appreciate how they took the time to listen to me and gave me a car that I am truly happy with. Fred Palmer was also very, very helpful and professional. However, I gave the overall experience 4 out of 5 because I think a play area for kids could be added. I had to have my 3 young kids with me at the dealership, and each time I went, I was somewhat distracted because I had to keep making sure they were nowhere near the cars in the building/lot. More

John was a pleasant sales rep, not pushy and very knowledgeable of the products he is selling. I appreciated all of his help in purchasing my first BMW and providing me with the car I wanted and nee knowledgeable of the products he is selling. I appreciated all of his help in purchasing my first BMW and providing me with the car I wanted and needed. Our test drive of the X3 with John was helpful in making my decision and knowing that the X3 was a safe vehicle. The purchasing process went smoothly and car was delivered within the time period expected/promised. Robert gave us very good advice on ordering the X3 2013 model vs. purchasing an existing 2012 model. Overall, my experience with Ganley was positive and exceeded my expectations.
