I had a great experience with my client advisor John Caruso. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very honest. I purposely bought from this dealership (which is quite outside my area) because of the great service I received during my initial call to the dealership to discuss the car I wanted. Excellent. Ordering a new car with specific options was seamless. Very fair with MSRP discount and an acceptable trade-in offer was accomplished with a minimum of back and forth discussions. Upon delivery of the car, and due to oversight, a specific optional package was omitted. Sensing that the deal was in jeopardy, the Sales Manager offered several solutions - re-order the car (that would take up to 8 weeks); exchange the car for one on the lot (a more expensive model with options I was not interested in, not to mention summer performance tires). I finally decided to accept the car as delivered. The dealership installed the missing satellite radio and sent me a goodwill check to ease my disappointment. This was the fourth BMW that I purchased with the client advisor and was as pleased as with the previous purchases. More

I was communicating with John and Robert (the new car sales manager) for several weeks about different types and levels of cars, I was trying to find a good vale car, finally I saw the car I ended up buy sales manager) for several weeks about different types and levels of cars, I was trying to find a good vale car, finally I saw the car I ended up buying in their inventory. The car was a 1 year old CPO, they were happy to help even though they work in new car sales. The communication was vey prompt, Robert was always covering if john is not available at the same time John was answering the Email on his day off as well. Eric the business manager was not pushing as other would do in this point of the sale when you get pushed to buy more protection plans and other extras, he did his part explaining the benefits of everything very well with no extra pressure that buyers usually hate., I am a person that would never get anything the sales person is pushing too hard for. My overall experience was great, I would recommend this dealership to all my friends. More
