Michael Burner went out of his way by stepping in to help at the end of my visit by ensuring my new Jeep made it through the podding process as quickly as possible. He even missed picking up his lunch to make sure I was well taken care of. I cant say enough good things about my experience. Maggie was amazing! I first met her 6 months before I actually purchased my vehicle. My partner and I were browsing the new Wagoneers on a very cold night and she was so I first met her 6 months before I actually purchased my vehicle. My partner and I were browsing the new Wagoneers on a very cold night and she was so patient with us. She opened several of the vehicles so that we could sit in them and check out the features of the SUVs. When we left that I night I let her know that we were not ready to buy then, but maybe in a few months. Fast forward to a few days ago... Maggie reached out via email and let me know that they were having an amazing sale on Wagoneers. She was able to get me information on the specific car I saw online and we handled most of the initial paperwork and applications before I stepped foot in the dealership. John in the finance department was AMAZING. He was so helpful and patient as well. When I arrived later that night, all paperwork was completed all I practically had to do was sign and drive. Thank you Maggie for your hard work and patience. I will definitely recommend you to our friends! More
