Next issue, we couldn't close the deal until our new fiscal year began, July 1st. No big deal for Tim & Griffin Ford, "we'll save it for you." Next, we made arrangements to pick up the new vehicle on a Thursday morning (Tim's scheduled day off, though he said he'd come in). Monday afternoon of that same week, we identified that we could really use the new vehicle on Tuesday morning. A phone call to Griffin was all that it took and they altered plans, had the vehicle prepped and paperwork ready by early Monday evening to close the sale. No hassle, no pressure & willing to meet the customers needs - the way a new car buying purchasing experience should be! I'd recommend Tim Maney, or any of his Griffin Ford sales associates, for your next car buying experience. More
