Early the next day I received a call from Zach, the Lincoln Concierge, and he followed up directly with all of my questions, and arranged vehicles for me to test drive. We were most interested in the Aviator which was delivered directly to our home by the owner of the dealership who again answered our questions. After testing the aviator for a weekend, we discovered the Navigator L Reserve to be the vehicle that suited our wants and needs. Zach arranged for the vehicle that met our requirements to be available and we closed on Tuesday afternoon. It was all extremely quick and smooth with a thorough explanation of the vehicle. My wife and I are extremely pleased. More
