Great staff that will bend over backwards to accommodate you and none of the sleazy feel of a bigger dealership. Required more service after service After I picked up my car the inside panel was not put back on underneath my passenger door. I had my wheel barring replaced and they didn’t tighten ba After I picked up my car the inside panel was not put back on underneath my passenger door. I had my wheel barring replaced and they didn’t tighten back up the plate so I had to take it back in a few days later due to meta rubbing on metal. It seems like whenever I take my car there I need more work AFTER it’s been in the shop. This is the second time I’ve had to take it back in after getting it checked out and I’ve only had the car for a year. More

No pressure sales and pleasant staff I made a pleasant no pressure purchase. Any issues with the vehicle were taken care of before taking delivery. I would have given 5 stars but gave 4 o I made a pleasant no pressure purchase. Any issues with the vehicle were taken care of before taking delivery. I would have given 5 stars but gave 4 only because I was not given the title after paying for the vehicle with a check from my credit union. I was told that when the check cleared they would send it to me. This was inconvenient for me because I live in Illinois and had made plans to do my title and license transfer and pay the Illinois sales tax after picking up my vehicle. Without the title I was unable to accomplish this. All and all it was a good sales experience and I will do future business there. More
