Great service My battery died and after charging it for almost 3 hours I was finally able to get my Ford Escape to start. I planned on driving it to Griffin Ford a My battery died and after charging it for almost 3 hours I was finally able to get my Ford Escape to start. I planned on driving it to Griffin Ford and leaving it for them to put a new battery in my vehicle. It really surprised me that the service department told me that they could help me "right now". They took my car right in and said it would be about a half hour. I had a friend follow me so I had him take me home and a half hour later one of my daughters drove me back to Griffin Ford and I was on my way. Because this was an unexpected expense it was nice that I had a $10 coupon and owners rewards that saved me money on my new battery. More
