Andrea McNamara Internet Sales Consultant and John Cheung Sales made it an exceptional experience!! They were both extremely friendly and both willing to go the extra mile to ease any concerns and set themselves apart from other dealerships. Andrea was very personable, detailed and had great follow-up! She was my primary contact and the reason I moved forward with my purchase. I asked for things not in her scope of work but she never hesitated to take ownership. she very willingly obtained what I needed to keep the transaction moving forward so I could secure my dream car!! I did expect a breakdown in the process at some point when she handed me off, based on the remote transaction. Then John flawlessly pick it up and drove this dealerships goal forward!! Exceptional customer service!! He also was friendly, personable and had exceptional follow-up!! This store is doing something right in the hiring process!! John went well above and beyond what I ever expected!! This guy showed up on his day off to meet my transport!! Who does that these days!!!? He treated my 4Runner as it was his own, cleaning it up and ensuring it was out of harms way pending my transport. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! John Cheung went out of his way to address my concerns and situation. I do not live close to the dealership. Therefore, most of the negotiation for the purchase was done via e-mail. Both John and the dealership are very professional. Well worth the extra travel to work with them. More
